Senior Executive Assistant

Fully Remote Work From Home Role

15/hr–20/hr | Part-time to start, with potential for full time

* A strong plus would be the ability to share a Loom video with your application demonstrating practical skills such as drafting professional emails, outlining memos/documents, updating spreadsheets for data entry, and creating initial Canva designs.

Role Our client is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to coordinate operations and executive workflows of a fast paced business within the venture capital environment. In this role, you will work closely to leadership with daily executive assistance tasks, helping manage priorities, organize workflows, coordinate communications, and maintain operational efficiency across the business. The ideal candidate is highly tech savvy, proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic high growth environment.

Responsibilities • Manage executive calendar, scheduling, and coordination across time zones • Support inbox management and executive communications • Assist with operational and administrative tasks to keep workflows organized and efficient • Handle financial and administrative support tasks • Create and maintain SOPs, internal processes, and organized documentation • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements5+ years of experience working as a remote Executive Assistant to a venture backed tech founder (high-growth startup) and/or a finance executive at a venture capital or investment firmStrong English communication skills (C2 level required) • Proficient in utilizing professional tools across multiple functional areas, including Social Media & Content (LinkedIn, Canva, newsletter/blog writing, and similar), Daily Operations (email and calendar management), CRM Platforms (Affinity, Attio, and similar), and Data Management (Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, and similar) • Ability to coordinate logistics for online and offline networking events. • Experience drafting and creating SOPs

Highly preferred • Financial background

Location Remote

Availability Part-time (20 hours per week) to start, with the potential to ramp up to 30–40 hours per week after the first 3 to 6 months. After that, depending on performance, the position may transition into a full-time role (40 hours per week).

Must be available during U.S. Pacific Time business hours (PDT/PST)
